Understanding My Services

I provide holistic, integrative, alternative, and adjunct homeopathic care designed to support your body's natural healing capacity. The services I offer are educational and consultative in nature.

 

Important Disclosures:

• I am not a licensed healthcare professional

• Homeopathy does not diagnose, prevent, treat, mitigate, or cure disease

• You will be referred to as a "client," not a patient

• I do not provide medical advice or prescribe pharmaceutical medications

 

Your Care & Safety

 

Medical Care Relationship

I encourage all clients to maintain relationships with licensed healthcare providers for appropriate medical evaluation and treatment. Homeopathic care is not a substitute for necessary medical care. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.

 

Informed Consent

By scheduling services, you acknowledge that:

• You participate voluntarily in homeopathic care

• You understand homeopathy is not equivalent to medical treatment

• Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed

• Temporary symptom intensification (aggravation) may occur

• You will not discontinue prescribed medications without consulting your physician

 

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your information is protected and confidential. I do not share your personal health information with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law (such as suspected child/elder abuse or imminent danger to self or others).

 

With your permission, I may consult with colleagues about your case for educational purposes, with all identifying information removed.

 

Records are maintained securely for a minimum of five years per professional standards.

 

Fees & Scheduling

 

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. A good faith estimate of charges is available upon request.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours in advance: No charge

• Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to fees

 

Telehealth

I offer secure video consultations for clients in the U.S. You are responsible for ensuring a private, secure environment for virtual sessions.

 

Your Responsibilities

To receive the best care possible, please:

• Provide accurate and complete health information

• Communicate openly about your response to treatment

• Take remedies as directed

• Maintain appropriate medical care relationships

• Keep scheduled appointments or provide adequate notice of cancellation

 

Scope & Limitations

I practice within the boundaries of my training and competence. If your needs exceed my scope, I will refer you to appropriate practitioners.

I reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Your needs require services I cannot provide

• There is a conflict of interest or boundary concern

• Payment is not received for services rendered

• Behavior is threatening or disruptive
